Folu Odunuga is Co-Founder and Principal Advisor at Selah Strategic, where she leads the firm's Project & Program Management, Capital Portfolio Governance, and Public Sector Infrastructure Advisory practices.

She brings 12+ years of project and program management excellence. As a senior leader at TransLink — one of Canada's largest transit authorities — she designed and led enterprise PMOs for $11.5B+ in capital programs, governed 120+ projects with 95%+ on-time execution, and administered $2.1B in federal transit funding at 100% compliance.

Folu's advisory focus is the governance layer that turns capital budgets into delivered outcomes: PMO Design across enterprise, program, and project scales; stage-gate governance; KPI architecture and executive reporting; and portfolio recovery for troubled capital programs. She works with public transit agencies, ministries of transportation, state DOTs, Crown corporations, public utilities, and capital-intensive private organizations across Canada and the United States.

Based in Vancouver, Folu also anchors Selah Strategic's cross-border practice — bringing North American governance rigor to bankable infrastructure programs in Sub-Saharan Africa through the firm's Lagos Africa Operations hub.
